Mint Syrup Slush (4 Servings)

Ingredients

● 1 bunch of mint
● 350g La Siberia liquid cane honey
● 1 liter water

Preparation

1. Heat water and honey until it boils, then add mint leaves, remove from heat, blend, and strain.
2. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 3 hours until solid.
3. Scrape with a fork or blend to achieve a slush texture.
4. Serve in cups with a mint sprig garnish.
