● 100g La Siberia liquid panela honey
● 30g American or Dijon mustard
● 30ml white wine
● 5ml apple cider vinegar
● Pinch of black pepper
● Pinch of salt
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
2. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
