Rice Cream with Milk La Siberia Style

Ingredients

● 1 1/2 liters milk

● 75g rice

● 140g La Siberia liquid panela honey

● 1 cinnamon stick

● Lemon peel

● Handful of walnuts

● Handful of walnuts

Preparation

  1. Boil milk with cinnamon, lemon peel, and clove.
  2. Strain into another pot, add rice, and cook until tender.
  3. Add honey and cook a few minutes more. Blend into a cream.
