Peach Chutney (4 Servings)

Ingredients

● 600g peaches
● 300g charlotte onions or small white onions
● 75g dried peaches (optional)
● 2 garlic cloves
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 80ml apple cider vinegar
● 1 vanilla bean or a few drops of vanilla essence
● 50g La Siberia liquid panela honey
● 10 pink peppercorns
● 1 pinch of chili powder
● 2 pinches of salt

Preparation

1. Peel the peaches and cut into small pieces.
2. Chop the onions and garlic finely.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pot, add the onions, and sauté until translucent.
4. Add the garlic and sauté for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the peaches, vinegar, honey, vanilla, pink peppercorns, chili, and salt.
