● 2 oz apple liqueur
● 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
● 1/2 oz fresh orange juice
● 15 g La Siberia liquid panela honey
● 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
● Freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation
1. In a shaker, combine the apple liqueur, lemon juice, orange juice, honey, and bitters.
2. Add ice and shake until the shaker feels frosty, about 20 seconds.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass, add ice, and sprinkle grated nutmeg on top.
