● 500ml aguardiente
● 30 mint or spearmint leaves
● Zest of 1 lemon
● 400ml water
● A few anise seeds
● 500g La Siberia liquid cane honey
Preparation
1. Place mint leaves, anise seeds, and lemon zest in a jar. Let steep for 10 days.
2. Prepare a syrup with water and honey, mix it with the infusion, and let rest for 6 hours. Strain and bottle.
