1. Heat honey and butter in a pan.
2. Add onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, salt, and a splash of white wine. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Add chicken broth.
4. In a bowl, mix diced crusty bread with a bit of warm water.
5. Combine the bread mixture with the sautéed ingredients.
6. Stuff the turkey with the mixture and brush the turkey with butter.
7. Roast at 180°C (356°F) for approximately 4 hours.
