Chicken in Lemon Sauce for 3 People

Ingredients

● 3 chicken breast fillets
● 5 tbsp La Siberia ginger lemon honey
● 1 tbsp butter
● 60ml white wine
● 60ml chicken broth
● 150ml heavy cream
● 1/2 tsp thyme
● 3 tsp lemon juice
● Salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Heat a pan over medium heat, season the chicken, and sear until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, melt butter and mix with wine, broth, heavy cream, thyme, lemon juice, and honey.
3. Return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 3 minutes over low heat.
