Goldenberry Sauce

Ingredients

● 125g La Siberia liquid panela honey
● 200g goldenberry pulp
● Zest of half a lemon
● Pinch of salt

Preparation

1. Combine honey, goldenberry pulp, and salt in a saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat for 6 minutes, then remove from heat.
3. Add lemon zest and let cool. For a thicker sauce, use cornstarch.
