Fruit Sauces with Rum for Ice Cream or Cakes

Ingredients

Lychee-Watermelon Flavor
● 1/3 La Siberia lychee-watermelon flavored honey
● 2/3 rum
Passion Fruit Flavor
● 2/3 La Siberia passion fruit-mango flavored honey
● 1/3 rum
Red Berry Flavor
● 1/3 La Siberia red berry flavored honey
● 2/3 rum

Preparation

1. Decide the amount of product and flavor to prepare.
2. In a lidded container, combine two parts of honey with one part of rum.
3. Mix well until homogeneous and refrigerate for about 12 hours.
4. Serve by drizzling the sauce over your ice cream or cake.
