● 50ml white rum
● 10g La Siberia liquid cane honey
● Soda water
● Lemon sorbet (preferably flavored with La Siberia ginger lemon honey)
● Mint leaves, chopped
Preparation
1. Combine rum and honey in a martini glass.
2. Add chopped mint leaves and top with soda water.
3. Place a scoop of lemon sorbet on top and serve.
