Banana and Vanilla Jam La Siberia Style

Ingredients

-500g de plátanos pelados
-Zumo de 4 naranjas
● Juice of 2 lemons
● 300g of La Siberia liquid panela honey
● 1 vanilla stick

Preparation

1. Slice the bananas, add the honey, vanilla, and citrus juices, and simmer gently, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
2. The jam is ready when it thickens and takes on a reddish-brown color without completely breaking down the banana pieces.
3. Remove the vanilla stick, pour into jars, and seal.
