● 125g La Siberia liquid panela honey
● 200g tangerine pulp/juice
● Zest of 1 lemon
● Pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Combine honey, tangerine pulp or juice, and salt in a saucepan.
2. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.
3. Add lemon zest and let cool. For a thicker sauce, use cornstarch.
